Strange pop-up

This keeps popping up when I hit Siri. "assistantd wants to use confidential information in your keychain.

What does this mean and why........... I have had this a couple of times pop up on my MacBook. I have a modem that is switched to a hub and then runs to my apple Airport Exterem 5th Gen. Its very secure with a very good password and the only people that use is or have access to this is myself and my wife. Keychain password popups In the past few months, I keep getting popups such as: "CallHistorySyncHelper wants to use the "login" keychain. Please enter keychain password". No matter what I enter, the popups don't stop. This frequently freezes everything. Help please

"Apple- Security Warning" from "Apple System Security Center" with creepy computer voice was doing a routine search on chrome, and this popped up (i have pop up blocker on) assumed spam, so didn't listen to the computertized voice that warned me not to close or log out... did so anyway. Questions are: can you confirm that this is spam any validity to the specific threat they detected? how to safely search for what malware software do you recommend? thanks for any help!
