iTunes subscription

Hi I pay £9.99 per month on my iTunes subscription. But I have just notice that for many months I pay £9.99 and also £6.99 . Why am I also paying this £6.99 ? I have stopped my subscription until you clarify this to me as I am not sure if it is a fake payment that I am making
