Hi, I make quick screenshots to send back and forth to social media of my art WIPS. These are clean on my Android, but my IPhone includes the data across the top, i.e. date stamp. Any way to turn the battery bar and date off? Thanks!

No, there is no way to turn the top information bar off.
Rather obvious. That might be an option if I only wanted a screenshot of the home page. I am making screenshots of my own art work which is scaled to specific proportions. I cannot crop away part of my art. But thanks!

When you take a screenshot, it’ll appear, briefly, in the lower-left corner of your screen before being saved to PHOTOS. If you’ll touch it before it disappears, it’ll open on your screen to be easily edited.
Just grab the upper corner of the image grid to bring it down to where the information bar is excluded and only your image remains.
Crop the image using Photos app on any iPhone.

It is literally a screen shot, so captures the entire screen. Can you not save the art work from the app you’re creating it in to a file (jpg, png, gif or whatever) and then post that?
