Icloud recovery key reset or recovery
I want to log into my icloud from an ipad and it asks for a recovery key which i do not remeber. How do I reset it or recover it?

If you are still using Apple’s older system, two step verification (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204152) then you were given a 14 digit account recovery code which you were told to store safely somewhere as without it, you may not be able to recovery your AppleID.
If you’ve forgotten that code, you can try and generate a new one (see that link I posted above) if that AppleID is still signed in on another trusted Apple device you own. If not, you will need to contact Apple directly for help.
