Apple Pay is just using your debit card to pay for stuff. Apple Cash is for person to person payments (and other things). Are you getting an error? Please provide more details about the situation.
Yes I send cash through Apple cash a lot and it won’t let me send anymore cause it says failed to verify my drivers license
