Update iOS 10.3

Nope.

If your iPad has been stuck on iOS 10.3.3 after all of this time, then you have an iPad 4th generation.

An iPad 4th generation cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 10.3.3.

It's nearly 7 year old internal hardware is too old and incompatible with any newer and future versions of iOS.

If you are still at 10.3.3 and your iPad does not show that you can update, then you have an old iPad that can’t be updated.
