Static/Crackling noises

I’m experiencing static and crackling noises during phone calls. I cannot hear whoever it is I’m talking to because the static is so bad. It only happens during phone calls.

Static When I make calls there is static sounds during the ring. Also when the person I’m trying to talk to can not hear me. My voice goes off and on. I have the IPhone 13 pro max. Please handle this issue promptly. This issue began immediately after updating my device. Does this happen on all phone calls or is it intermittent? iPhone 8 Plus static I’m getting a constant static noise when making and receiving calls. Tested with my wife’s phone. Sometimes you can’t even hear the speaker. While Playing music there is no static. The phone lives in a otter box defender. Never gets wet. Tried updating it to the most recent update and the static is still there. Problem started about 3 days ago. I live in Louisiana and it’s been above 90 degrees. Don’t know if that’s the cause.
