Hi Isacord,

It sounds like you're having trouble accessing a website on your iPad, and I want to help.

If a website isn't behaving as expected, you can try clearing data for Safari to see if that gets the website behaving correctly.

Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

After that, try visiting the website in Safari and seeing if the website behaves as expected.

If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting the website's administrator for guidance on what the error means and how you could resolve it.

Hi Isacord,

Thanks for giving those steps a try.

The error you're receiving is from the website itself, and the website administrator will have to direct you on how to resolve the issue. This is not an error on or from your iPad, although changing something on your iPad might fix the issue.
