All my photos, videos, and contacts somehow got deleted. I have iCloud backup. How do I get them back

how to recover permanently deleted photos and videos I've lost lots of photos and videos from my iCloud. I was checking all the photos and videos all the time before deleting them from my iphone and they were on icloud. Then when I checked they are all gone on my icloud.
