I don’t have Apple Watch app on my iphoneX. How can I get it?
I have a newApple watch, but the watch app is not in my utilities folder how can I get it? When I go to App Store, the only option is “open”

If it says open in app store, then the app is already installed on your device.
It should be among all other apps.
If you can't find it, you can try to search for it following Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you search for "watch", it should also show the name of the folder that it is in.
