Changing Apple Watch band

Suggestions as to how to depress the button on back of Apple Watch if I do not have long, sturdy fingernails. Several times while trying to depress the button, my watch “called” emergency services!

you might also try using the tip of a bamboo chopstick to press the button in. DO NOT USE anything made of metal, soft wood or perhaps something made of plastic only.
