Apple Pay Cash

Excited to set up Apple PayCash through messaging. I have mutiple credit cards but no debit cards in my wallet. I added my bank account. I know this is a long shot, but is there any way to add money to the Apple Card without having a debit card. By way of bank account? If we can accept money directly into our bank accounts, why can't we add money into our Apple Cards without using a debit card? Is this a security issue? I have never owned a debit card.

Thanks

According to this page - Add money to Apple Cash - Apple Support you can only add money to Apple Cash by using a debit or prepaid card. You need a bank account that issues a debit card to use this feature. You cannot accept cash directly to your account. You must use a debit card for instant transfer - Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
