iPhone-x touch screen issue

The upper part of the touch screen is not working/responding. I have tried the the volume up/down, power/lock down trick with no success. The 3D trick is not possible since teh off/on button is in the part of the screen which is not responding. Same thing with "reset all setting" as well as restore from iTunes since the "find my phone" feature cannot been turned off in iCloud which also is in the part of the screen which is not responding.

Any idea how to work around this catch 22 issue?
