Is there any way to fix this shortcut so I can type in subscript?

The shortcut that is supposed to perform the subscript action keeps sending me to the settings instead. I've tried changing the shortcut, but I can't find it in the system. Is there any way to fix this shortcut so I can type in subscript?

You can create text substitution for your common use



subscripts can be seen in the character Viewer> control command spacebar >Digits
