can not reset your security questions

I forgot my Apple ID security questions and tried to reset them

I went to https://iforgot.apple.com/ and entered my Apple ID and Password, and got:

Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

Need your help.

Thanks. I just submitted the form. It is iTunes Support form tho.

Haven't used my Apple ID for years...
