MIA EKG app

Just picked up my apple watch today and was excited to try the ECG app. It is nowhere to be found. The launch presentation sure promoted that feature. So where is the app? That feature is one of the key ones of why I bought the watch. Previous post from another customer asked the same question in 9/18.

Answer was “it’s coming later in the year with an update”. It is now May 2019 so where is the app?

You need to set up the app, it is probably not there by default. Assuming you are in a supported country, and your iPhone and Watch were both purchased locally, please see Apple’s support notes in Taking an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 - Apple Support
