I added my bank card to wallet but when i want to use apple pay in iMessage it does not work, it shows up that my account is not sufficient and it ask me to add the card and when i add it it shows that it already added!

Adding a bank card to wallet does not automatically make Apple Cash work. In settings>wallet & Apple Pay, turn Apple Cash on. Once you turn it on you have to verify your ID before it can be activated and available for use. Set up Apple Cash to send and receive money in Messages - Apple Support
