Activation Lock is an anti-theft measure that you can't bypass without the original owner's help.
Are you the original owner?

If you have the original receipt, you can take that to an Apple store and they should be able to help.

yes i am actually... it was stolen from me and they set it up i guess... now im screwed
its in my email and im stranded atm... the apple store is 125 miles away from me.... my husband of 9 years just left me as well
