reset Apple iWatch and pair again
Resetting iWath from iWatch App does not work for me, pairing step is not responding

Use the second procedure in If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support to be sure it is fully reset. Note the requirement for charger power, or the Erase option does not appear. Then see Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If you can’t get it working even after a second attempt too erase, Contact Support and arrange face to face help at a Genius Bar appointment.
