Bluetooth

Everytime I goto my Bluetooth settings it just has the loading circle I’ve tried turning airplane mode on an off I have tried turning the Bluetooth on from the pull down screen but it just turned back off.

It's most likely a hardware issue; make an appointment at an Apple store for more help.
