I was trying to download mojave. The asked me to change my billing info. That kept generating a null request error or something like that everytime i tried.
Now trying to update the info on apple.com, keep facing the security questions i have forgotten the answers to. It sends the OTP to an iphone i no more use and hence its impossible to retrieve that otp.

I cant change my security questions without access to the phone it sends the OTP to?
