Apple and itunes login
I amd trying to sort out my phone and want to download somethings but it wont let me and it gives me a message saying “apple store and itunes have been disabled” help me please i dont knoe how to fix this

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
