no sound on my Mac book
Hi there,, my MacBook does not have any sound. I have already I have already opened sound preferences, chosen output and internal speakers, but no success

Try an SMC reset and a PRAM reset (hold the PRAM reset for a full minute so it is activated several times).
Do the speakers show up in the Sound preferences?
Have you tried using headphones?
