i have a valid debit card which i am currently using to purchase apps from google play store but when i try to enter the same information to my apple id purchase methods i receive error saying " payment information could not be updated for assistance contact itune support" can someone help me resolve the issue

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

i have read and tried everything but the issue is still not solved.
What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ? If what they said didn't work contact them again.
