I want to get iTunes for my new iPad but it keep saying my card is declined. I called my bank and they said that the payment went through and nothing is wrong. I tried updating my billing info on Apple Pay but it is not accepting my card. How can I get iTunes. My card is a visa debit

Not all debit cards work iTunes, do you have a credit card that you could try ?
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you live (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
