About to leave Apple products!

facetime wouldn’t work so naturally I reset my phone about 5 times. When that didn’t work, I did the software update. When that didn’t work, I turned off FaceTime and iMessage like I was told and now neither of the two will activate. So now, here I am an hour later still on hold with apple support. What do I do?!

As a rule of thumb, if a particular function of an electronic device doesn’t work as expected, and YOU have made no changes, the issue is NOT at your end. There was an outage yesterday that affected numerous Apple/Cloud functionality.
