Any such messages are not from Apple. They are spam from hackers attempting to gain your pass code so they can gain access to your stolen iPhone.

The message is NOT from Apple. The message is sent by the thief who will ask you to enter your passcode so the phone can be wiped and sold. DO NOT reply to the message.
