Hi ,
I log on using my Apple ID and when I update apps , it asks me for my wifes password for her Apple ID in order to update the app even though I am still logged in under my Apple ID.
How can I change settings so I only need to use my Apple ID and password to perform this function.
Can anyone please help?

Hello. Was the app originally purchased/installed when your wife was logged in with her Apple ID? If so, you would need to delete the app and then purchase/download it again under your Apple ID, assuming the app is still available in the App Store.

Another option would be to set up Family Sharing with your wife. This would allow you to share each other's purchases.
