And when getting Flash Player from there when in Windows make sure the checkbox to download third party anti virus tools is not selected. The checkbox defaults to selected. You don't have this issue when accessing from your Mac but the checkbox is selected when accessing from Windows.

Windows Update will periodically install an Adobe Flash Player update.

I have long since removed every trace of Adobe Flash Player from my Macs and have not encountered any web site that objects to that removal.
