Facetime won’t let me use my number or Apple ID
so i was trying to get my facetime to work so i turned it off and turned it back on but it won’t let me use my number or apple id to facetime so i can’t facetime anyone

There were some problems with iMessage & Facetime activation on Apple servers. But now they should have been solved (I'm not sure if they are okay in all countries)
