Problem with iCloud

Received a call saying there is a problem with my iCloud is and Apple will be forced to terminate my iCloud id

That is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
