Zoom on iPad

4th generation iPad; zoom somehow is enabled and I can get to a regular screen view; I've tried "taping" the screen and using fingers to reduce view size; neither works.

Reboot the iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go.
