Wondering if Apple have an EAP for Australian employees and their families?

We are end users, not Apple employees or agents. Unless an Apple employee just happens to drop in and see this. I don't think you can find and answer here.
Your best chance for an answer is to go to the Apple home page for Australia and find "Contact Apple" at the bottom. That should give you the contact information for Apple's Australian presence.
