my left bottom speaker not working

im turning the volume all the way up and i can only hear from the top and the right side of the bottom of my phone. i dont know how to fix this but it is really bothering me i have OCD and its making me so anxious.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

The bottom-left is a microphone, not speaker.
