Instagram log in error

i cannot login on my iPhone to instagram, I tried other to log in with other user and same problem..

I can login on other phones and from the same phone can login with safari.

i deleted and reinstalled app then tried logging in with my wife’s account and I get same msg. I think somehow it saves some attributes from previous version.
