Web Browser Sign Into My Account

I got an email last night that a device was signed into my apple account at 1:15 AM last night. This was not me and I was just wondering if there was a way that we can find out what it was or who it was that signed into my account.

A log containing that type of information isn't available. Have you considered changing your password as a precautionary step?

Are you sure the message is legitimate? Does it contain a link for you to sign in somewhere? It may be a scam.
