I cannot set up voicemail on iPhone 7 Plus when I go to the voicemail screen it does not give me the option of setting anything up. When I try to call my voicemail, I get a message from AT&T saying I need to enter my mailbox number. I don’t know what my mailbox number is. I tried entering my phone number but that is not it. What’s going on here? Attached is a screenshot of my voicemail screen.

I called my carrier Consumer Cellular. They set up Voicemail on their side. I reset my iPhone 7 Plus (turning it off and then on), clicked the Phone icon, clicked Voicemail on lower right corner, clicked Set Up Voicemail in middle of screen, entered Password, clicked Greeting on upper left corner, clicked Play on the middle left, listened to the Greeting I recorded before I called my carrier. The Greeting was acceptable, I clicked Save on the upper right corner. Successful! Thank you to SravanKrA.

VoiceMail is carrier specific service. Contact your cellular service provider.
P.S. I have an iPhone 7 Plus as well.
