Recurrent charges on cancelled subscription
I cancelled my daughter's ABC Mouse subscription in January. My history shows the subscription expired as of February 11th, 2019. However, I am being charged $8.70/ mo and have been since through iTunes (along with other charges that are NOT in my purchase history). I contacted ABC Mouse who said I have to go through iTunes, but the purchase is more than 90 days old and is not visible to "Report a Problem." So, I called the number on my bank statement and provided by ABC Mouse (866)712-7753 which is a recording to go to the website...the website I cannot get any help from. I am tired of this runaround as I continue to pay for something we cannot even access if we wanted (which we don't). This is starting to feel like a scam and I am apprehensive of any further purchases.
