It would help tremendously if you were to translate that English. Most of the users here read English, and can translate text, but cannot translate from an image.
consult the place of purchase for claims under consumer law
Okay, so what did the website say? I'm guessing that is what the rest of the message is referring to? Did you purchase the device from an authorized Apple reseller?
So, what does the rest of the message say? What were you doing when you received this message on the screen. More background information is needed, because what you provided does not help at all. Given the URL provided at the top of the screenshot, it would seem you are investigating if you have a warranty on a device. What exactly is this all about?
Then it would be difficult to determine if the device is genuine, if that is what you are asking. Again, I still have no idea what the rest of that message has to say. You were checking your serial number, and I'm thinking it says much more than the small sentence you provide me earlier.
Let me ask you this, what is your concern about what you have seen? Are you wondering if the device is genuine Apple, or the status of your warranty, or what?
If you purchased from a non-Apple Authorized seller, then odds are very high that at best you’ve bought a used device. Unauthorized sellers have no legitimate access to Apple wholesale products, so they sell gray market, stolen or at best, used devices (I.e. even if never unpacked or never setup and used, they were sold at retail before by Apple or an Apple Authorized seller).
I was checking my serial number. I want to see if my iPhone was used before me. Because i baught a new one but now im not sure
No i a phone shop
