When you say worldwide, what specifically are you referring to? Are you asking if the warranty applies to a keyboard purchased in the US, but used in India or are you asking if Apple's warranty is one year everywhere sold?
I would check the warranty in the country you purchased and use the keyboard to get a definitive answer. Call Apple or use the Contact Support button at the top of this page.
