iPhone password and Face ID aren't working

My iPhone continues too tell me my password is incorrect, I’ve had the same password for a while. It for the longest wouldn’t accept my Face ID either, but recently started working. Last night it stopped taking my Face ID and my passcode and disabled. It told me too connect too iTunes but when I plug in my phone it says “ unlock phone too use usb accesories” so then I can’t even enable it. What do I do?
