I have a Photos Project with photos in the correct order. How do I burn it to a DVD without changing the order of the photos. When I create a slideshow, the photos are randomly displayed.

If you just want to burn a group of photos to a disk and keep their current order you need to do the following:
1 - use this AppleScript to change the title of the photos to some text with sequential numbers at the end: Batch Change Title to Text w/Padded Sequential Numbers
2 - export the photos to a folder on the Desktop with the option to use the Title as the new file name.
This will provide you with image files that are sorted alphanumerically and will remain in the order that they were in in the album.
It depends on the theme. For slideshows that need particular aspect ratios at certain times Photos moves things around.
