Apple ID

Today I changed service providers and separated the two numbers in my plan to separate accounts. Forgot the Apple ID and password for the 5s phone and now can’t activate the phone.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
