Hi every time I try to log in to the mail app with my email, it says that it’s already been added. It puts me back to the page to log in to my mail. I need to see my iCloud email on the mail app. Please help.

I don’t fully understand your comments regarding login page, but if you want to get iCloud mail messages in the iOS Mail App you first have to be logged in with your Apple ID on the device and then make sure Mail is turned on under Settings>iCloud.

Note your Apple ID is usually your iCloud email address ie @icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com, if it’s not then you will need to setup an @icloud.com email address before you can use iCloud Mail.
