I resetted the network settings and the voicemail is still not working.
When someone tired to leave a message it would reply the mailbox is full. I tried using a custom greeting rather than the default and that worked. Thank you for your reply
Contact your carrier. They are going to have to reset your mailbox.
What is not working and have you contacted your carrier about this since they manage your voicemail?
To help, it would be nice to know what it is doing. Does this mean that when someone calls, they are not getting voicemail? Or does this mean that you are not seeing voicemail? Or does it mean that you are not able to access voicemail that you may have received? And since Voicemail is a carrier function, what did they tell you when you called them to report the problem?
