Itunes problem

Hi everyone. Today, i already purchase one ringtone on itunes. They also done deducted the amount from my phone bill but the ringtone still not in the phone. I purchased the ringtone for the second time and still deducted the amount but no ringtone. My purchased history also not recorded the transaction. Please help me. Thanks.

Are the amounts correct ? If it was successful it should show on both See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support and http://reportaproblem.apple.com and you should get an emailed receipt.


If you want to contact iTunes Support about it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
