I have a problem with Apple Music it keeps playing music that I clicked on and say I dislike it keeps playing one particular song every time I go to Apple Music

Have you told Siri you don,t like this song?

Try that as well

If that doesn’t fix it, try this:

Close then Launch Apple Music App
Restart Your Device
Sign out of Apple ID and sign back in
Turn off and back on "Show Apple Music

Update Apple MusicApp.
Update iPhone Software.
