My MacBook was updated with the recent software update and it required a restart to install the updates. But the mac keeps on restarting and not booting up even after 30mins. The apple logo appears and seems like it's loading showing 16mins remaining but again it goes off and the cycle continues.
Kindly help with any possible solutions

Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities> Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD. If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Then do a safeboot to clear system caches and restart as normal to see if you are right again
Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.
