Yesterday I bought two iTunes cards 100.00 each thru PayPal distal they took the money now I see apple is charging me for the same charges

Where are you seeing the charges from Apple?

How would Apple know that you bought 2 iTunes cards through Paypal?

Once you have the cards, you can redeem them onto your account.
