how do i get in contact with instagram personally?

I’ve been trying to get in contact with a Instagram personally for over three weeks now the app they have for support doesn’t let me contact them individually. I was recently logged out of my Instagram account now when I go to log back in it says error with your request and I contacted Apple but nobody’s able to help me with this problem.
